Shipping Policy

At SportFlax, we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping when it comes to delivering your order. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery process.
  • ​Shipping costs are dependent on the destination.
  • ​​​​​​Your total shipping charges will automatically get calculated during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
  • ​​​Your order must be received by 1:30 P.M. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
  • ​​​Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

We offer free Standard Shipping on most online items that SportFlax sells for order of $50 or more. For order below $60, we charge a $9.99 flat rate standard shipping fee. We sell some items online that ship directly from the vendor or manufacturer and do not qualify for free shipping. In those cases, a shipping surcharge will apply. The surcharge will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order. 

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses. 

  • Standard Shipping: For order below $60, we charge a $9.99 flat rate standard shipping fee in U.S.
  • International Shipping: For customers outside of our domestic shipping zone, we offer international shipping services. Please note that international shipping may incur additional fees and customs duties. During the checkout process, you will be provided with an accurate shipping cost estimate before finalizing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your order and estimate the delivery date. Simply enter the tracking number on our website or the courier's website to access real-time updates.

Delivery Timeframe

Our shipping policy ensures that order is shipped using standard shipping, arriving within 5-7 business days once processed. Please factor in a processing time of 1-2 business days before order is shipped.

Shipping Restrictions
